Our Story
Free Flag is a brand created by Georgia, a hairstylist and hair accessories fanatic. Her passion for both hair and the 60’s/70’s lays the foundation for her unique and innovative business idea.
Georgia had one issue - every time she styled her hair, and put together the perfect era outfit, she struggled to find both fashionable and classic accessories to bind her look.
This is where Free Flag was born! She began to envision how Free Flag could work as a brand. The next step… to bring her ideas to life.
As a hairstylist, she knew exactly what adjustments need to be made to make a versatile and lasting product to suit every hair type, so here we are!
Here at Free Flag, we thrive off ‘one off’ and eclectic pieces, and are constantly trying to improve and evolve our company to be the best it can be. That is why, with our new up and coming collections, 80% of our materials will be comprised of original, up-cycled material dating back to the 1960’s and 1970’s, to give you the perfect throwback feel with a modern twist.
We pride ourselves on having made our packaging at least 95% recyclable. We are still looking to make that percentage higher with every purchase, and can’t wait to show you what’s to come!
